Project Manager required to work alongside our Broadcast Department in busy voice-over and dubbing company. This will include working on projects for main stream TV channels and film companies from all over the world.

Exciting and ideal opportunity for a language graduate or second jobber with mother-tongue standard English. Advanced Russian language skills are essential.

The Project Manager oversees projects and is the primary point of contact for the client. He/she is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
Project types include subtitling, voice-over, dubbing, transcription & translation.
Language graduate preferred with previous office experience.

Responsibilities
To include, but not be limited to:

Project Management
� Plan projects in order to accomplish goals within agreed timeframe, to agreed cost and quality standards
� Prepare and follow-up quotes
� Source suppliers and negotiate rates as necessary
� Communicate relevant information to suppliers
� Manage on going projects on a day-to-day basis and delivery material
� Coordinate between both parties
� Manage problems efficiently
� Ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to client
� Track costs of project
� Process supplier invoices
� Ensure job sheets and database are up-to-date
� Draft client invoices

Client Management
� Be main point-of-contact for clients
� Develop and maintain strong client relationships
� Ensure clients' expectations are met in terms of quality of product and service delivered

General
� Will be responsible for multiple projects at any one time
� Work with the following tools
� MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
� Filemaker Pro
� Some training on various subtitling/audio softwares
