We service the Worlds largest companies, providing them with multi-country Talent Pipelining solutions from our established base in Central Brighton.

Essentially our services involve 'head-hunting' candidates.

There is some expanded text below which goes into a bit more detail about the roles with us, but essentially a career with us:

Ideally, we are looking for people with experience in the corporate world, that are comfortable interacting over the phone with individuals at all levels.
We are open to looking at people from a variety of backgrounds, including those returning to work after raising a family as well as people who are maybe looking to take a step back from high powered, high stress roles and are maybe looking for something with normal working hours and no cummuting.

We are looking for people to join us with the basic skills and we are very happy to train you and work towards developing a career long-term with us.

We work across Europe, USA and Asia, with the main focus of our work being in mainland Europe where we need to find and approach candidates in their most fluent language. We are particularly looking for German, Dutch or Russian speakers.

Our clients are typically large Corporates who retain us to find candidates with very specific skills and experience and who could not be found via advertising or other �recruitment agency� methods.

Our service is carried out from our office base via the phone and internet. Our role is straight forward � To identify ALL the people who do specific role(s) within the most relevant companies and then to find the BEST candidates and introduce them to our client.

We are looking for people to deliver the two key areas of our service:

1. IDENTIFYING CANDIDATES
This involves identifying the right people in the target companies we are profiling. Often, the right people may have different job titles, which means we also need to identify people by their job function.
To succeed in this role you will need to have an articulate, well spoken and confident telephone manner together with the ability to think quickly and use your imagination.

2. APPROACHING CANDIDATES
This centres around Approaching potential candidates from the Identification work we have done.
We need to bring the relevant candidates into the recruitment process and retain a relationship for the future with the people who do not fit our client�s current ideal profile.

You will work across different clients and projects, meaning there is always something new and interesting to get involved in.

We are looking to find people who have the basic skills needed to succeed in these roles with our organisation, and who we can train as part of our team, to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

We are interested to meet people from a variety of backgrounds, from graduates with a couple of years work experience looking to build a career, to more mature candidates who are possibly looking for a role working part time where they can use the skills they have gained during their career in the corporate world.

Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire you will be working for an established
leading international research company. This role would suit a bright
candidate, of graduate calibre, who is considering a career as a
researcher/analyst and there is a definite career path! You will be
collecting qualitative and quantitive research via telephone surveys and via

Our client is seeking Russian Speaking Commercial Officer to work in their Radlett office.

To be considered for this role;

* A pleasant, confident telephone answering manner and the ability to communicate effectively in English, and Russian An ability to work in an organised way and give attention to detail
* Commercial attitude and numerical accuracy
* A willingness to tackle a complete variety of office work and to back up office staff on the secretarial, accounts and commercial teams when the occasion demands.
* Basic secretarial skills would be an advantage
* A highly motivated and committed attitude
* Basic computer literacy and some previous experience of spreadsheets would be helpful

Market leading agency are looking to recruit two candidates for a five month temporary campaign. This is an EMEA wide event drive, looking to ensure that key delegates and decision makers attend one of their key clients major events in 2009.

Both roles can be worked in a number of ways. Ideally both candidates will work on a part-time basis for between 20-30 hours per week. However there is flexibility to allow a suitable applicant to work full time hours.

Four out of the five following languages need to be covered between the two roles - French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian. It is therefore essential that you are able to speak at least two of these languages (alongside fluent English).

Based in Henley-on-Thames, this role is commutable by both car and public transport from locations such Reading, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Marlow, High Wycombe and Slough.

You will be confident speaking to senior level individuals (B2B) and will be happy making around 60 outbound calls per day.
