Russian speaking Export Sales Coordinator

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Our client, an international and successful company, is currently recruiting for a Russian speaking Export Sales Coordinator.

As an Export Sales Coordinator, you will provide an efficient service to identified customers in the Middle East, Southern Europe, Africa, Pakistan, Russia or CIS. Also, you will manage the processing of quotations and orders, arrange consolidation of shipments, preparation of shipping documentation, invoicing and shipping orders, co-ordinate payment and financing for shipments and to respond promptly and effectively to all customer queries.

Requirements:
�Full fluency in Russian and English
�Solid experience in Export or Import area is a must
�Experience and evidence of external training in Export Procedures & Documentation
�Experience working with overseas markets and international trade.
�Good numeracy and analytical skills
�Very good IT skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, ideally Assist)
�A highly motivated, dynamic and proactive individual
�Ability to drive change for improvement and interact at all levels of management.
�Strong team player.
