Role
The company I snow recruiting Multilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their growing international teams.
Languages required:
� Dutch
� German
� French
� Italian
� Swedish
� Danish
� Norwegian
� Finnish
� Portuguese
� UK with French, UK with Spanish, UK with Italian

Duties:
� Provide excellent inbound telephone, email and white mail customer service.
� Identify and resolve customer issues and proactively strive for first contact resolution.
� Continuously search for improved ways of responding to customer needs.
� Maintain focus on actively retaining existing customers.
� Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the company�s products.
� Support your team in achieving the highest quality standards.
� Complete all required administration as part of the service delivery.

Requirements:
� Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in relevant languages.
� A drive to �go the extra mile� for the customer.
� 6 months experience of working in a customer care or retail environment, preferably with telephone skills.
� Possess good key-board skills and internet skills.
� A team player and takes an active role in generating positive team morale.
� Adaptable and flexible to change.
