To build on our phenomenal success and growth, we are currently looking to recruit numerous Recruitment Consultants for our offices based in North London, you will be working with a highly successful team, specialised in the recruitment of language professionals throughout the UK.

Working using the most optimal processes and infrastructure, your role will be to proactively develop and new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective key accounts consisting of some of the most prestigious companies in Europe.

Using the best practices, comprehensive marketing support and with the aid of the one of the largest databases of multilingual candidates you will be responsible for delivery of the most suitable and qualified candidates for your client�s requirements.

The successful candidate will be career driven and hard working individual with at least 6 months demonstrated successful track record in Recruitment. The ability to speak a second European language, particularly French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.

This position is a senior recruitment position managing, motivating and training a desk of four recruitment consultants.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 solid years recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently billing over 12k per month. Previous management experience is highly desirable however we will consider superstar consultants looking to make the step up to management. The ability to speak a second European language from French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work within our Pharmaceutical Division across Scandinavian markets.

In this role you are able to;

� Run a dual desk
� Manage the full recruitment lifecycle recruiting at all levels
� Develop and own your market from existing clients and our extensive candidate network
� Become a specialist within this area, generating new and repeat business, including responsibility for account management
� Earn uncapped commission, with no threshold plus benefits

Ideally, you will be proven biller with Norwegian, Danish or Swedish language skills, with experience gained in Pharmaceutical or Medical recruitment. However, training will be provided.
