The Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will be in charge of monitoring and motivating a team of there own of about 10-15 telesales/telemarketing staff. The Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will produce reports on KPI\'S, set daily/weekly targets, individual coaching and 121\'s.

Call Centre Manager / Programme Manager will have experience in IT sales, being a team leader within a targeted environment and come from a technical background.

Account Manager with Danish, Norwegian or Swedish
Our client is looking for an Account Manager with Danish, Norwegian or Swedish to develop sales for the territory via the retail channel with overall responsibility for the achievement of revenue, net sales and gross profit margin goals. You must be able to build effective working relationships both internally and externally, and be able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within the organisation and retail channel. You will also work closely with the UK/Nordic/Retail marketing teams to develop account propositions and compelling business proposals in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.

Profile
� Fluent English, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish both written and spoken
� Solid experience working within the consumer electronics or FMCG market place
� Solid experience of working within a dynamic fast moving company with aggressive growth targets

Skills and abilities:
� Candidate must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, strong presentation skills, including using PowerPoint.
� Ability to use own initiative and be achievement orientated.
