This is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly growing games company in the Localised Player Support Team working with both English and a language correspondence including Dutch, Finnish or Norwegian.&lt;br /&gt;

Jagex Ltd, developer and publisher of the massively multiplayer online adventure game RuneScape and newly released mini-games portal FunOrb, is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join the Localised Player Support Team.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In our fast paced &amp; energetic online games company, you'll be part of a large team helping to support our players online in every step of their journey and there's plenty of them, so you could be dealing with anything from billing queries to how to fight dragons!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Key duties include&lt;br /&gt;
*	Engage with Jagex online gaming community and provide support and assistance by helping to manage the moderators, answer queries, investigating complaints, solve issues, and review offence appeals in both a select language and English;&lt;br /&gt;
*       Assist with billing, community safety and forum issues;&lt;br /&gt;
*       Ensure the maintenance of chat filters are maintained and offensive names.&lt;br /&gt;
*       Work with our Investigation Unit to enforce copyright infringement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Essential requirements&lt;br /&gt;
*	A passion for the community and customer service;&lt;br /&gt;
*	Extremely proficient in either Dutch, Finnish or Norwegian; &lt;br /&gt;
*	Very strong English skills, both written and spoken;&lt;br /&gt;
*	Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills;&lt;br /&gt;
*	Ability to show good initiative, judgement &amp; excellent attention to detail;&lt;br /&gt;
*	Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also useful&lt;br /&gt;
*	Customer support background;&lt;br /&gt;
*	An interest in online role playing games.&lt;br /&gt;

My client is one of the world's leading providers of localisation solutions to the interactive entertainment industry. They have many years of high-level industry experience and deal with some of the industry’s finest products.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
They are currently looking for Spanish, Norwegian or Danish Games Testers to join their rapidly expanding Testing department.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The initial contract will be for a 3 month period, with accommodation provided for the duration. Salary will be pro rata of £14,000.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Start Date - Immediately.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Performance reviews will be held at the end of the 3 month period, and extension/permanent contracts will be offered.&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements:-&lt;br /&gt;
