Our client is looking for a lead software development analyst with fluent Mandarin language skills who will be responsible for designing software solutions for their varied range of users. The successful candidate is required to have solid experiences in gathering and analysing business requirements with a proven track record of successful project delivery, and is expected to work on projects for business units in the UK and potentially across Europe. The successful candidate will also need to provide detailed functional requirement specifications for our in-house or contracted development team and be responsible for the project through to the handover to our support team and back to the users.  &lt;br /&gt;
The role will be based long-term in the Slough, but candidate must be willing to travel to Milton Keynes, across Europe, and potentially Taiwan according to the project requirements.&lt;br /&gt;
Profile&lt;br /&gt;
Behavioural Skills Required&lt;br /&gt;
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ Cantonese &lt;br /&gt;
· Good communication skills&lt;br /&gt;

· Candidate should have experience with .NET Framework 1.1 and higher &lt;br /&gt;
· Strong understanding and hands on experience, preferably at least 3 years of VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET using Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005 &lt;br /&gt;
· Experience with maintaining SQL Server 2000/2005 objects and handling performance issues &lt;br /&gt;
· Knowledge of XML, XHTML, XMLHTTP, J2EE, Webservices is a must&lt;br /&gt;
· Proven Project Management experience in IT projects, a recognised qualification in Project Management is desirable&lt;br /&gt;
