Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire you will be working for an established
leading international research company. This role would suit a bright
candidate, of graduate calibre, who is considering a career as a
researcher/analyst and there is a definite career path! You will be
collecting qualitative and quantitive research via telephone surveys and via
face to face, assisting with the creation of research questionnaires,
recording accurately all collated data, some basic forcasting, contributing
to the construction of written reports and dealing with customer wnquiries.
Yo do this you will need to have some research or telephone based customer
service experience, be confident, ambitious with a desire to succeed, have
an enquiring mind, a thirst for knowledge, good admin and time management
skills and be a real team player! Your IT skills should include Word, Excel
and Powerpoint. If you have the above experience and fluency in French,
Italian, Chinese (with visa) or Eastern European languages, this would be a
plus!

Lead Software Development Analyst with fluent Mandarin language skills
Our client is looking for a lead software development analyst with fluent Mandarin language skills who will be responsible for designing software solutions for their varied range of users. The successful candidate is required to have solid experiences in gathering and analysing business requirements with a proven track record of successful project delivery, and is expected to work on projects for business units in the UK and potentially across Europe. The successful candidate will also need to provide detailed functional requirement specifications for our in-house or contracted development team and be responsible for the project through to the handover to our support team and back to the users.
The role will be based long-term in the Slough, but candidate must be willing to travel to Milton Keynes, across Europe, and potentially Taiwan according to the project requirements.

Technical Skills Required
� Must be proficient at translating business needs to technical requirements and highly experienced in requirements gathering, system and workflow analysis, functional specifications, use-case writing, process and design diagrams
� Candidate should have experience with .NET Framework 1.1 and higher
� Strong understanding and hands on experience, preferably at least 3 years of VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET using Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005
� Experience with maintaining SQL Server 2000/2005 objects and handling performance issues
� Knowledge of XML, XHTML, XMLHTTP, J2EE, Webservices is a must
� Proven Project Management experience in IT projects, a recognised qualification in Project Management is desirable
