As a Cross-Cultural Account Manager you would be the central link between Native's clients (both at a central and a local level) and our global network of talent.

Your role will be to:

Oversee the status of Native�s client needs
Manage adaptations of international advertising campaigns
Write reports and keep records of client�s relationships
Handle financial proposals and manage budgets
Negotiate timelines, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Attend meetings, report on key decisions
Take ownership of Client relationships: take brief, set expectations, negotiate services and deadlines
Brief Native�s network of talent
Evaluate copy provided by writers against adaptations brief
Obtain client approvals
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, extremely organized, enjoys multi-tasking and working in a team. Ideally, you would have 2-3 years experience in a similar position and you would be looking to grow with us.

Your Profile
As International Event Sales Manager you will have experience of sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, advertising sales or training sales. You must have experience selling to Asian markets, and be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

As International Event Sales Manager for this event portfolio, you will have excellent client relationship building skills, strong closing ability, a proven track record of winning new business and are confident in hitting sales targets.

The Role
This a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong business development background in media, and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.

You will be working on a series of launch events, selling sponsorship opportunities and exhibition stand space to the Asian market. You will research the market to identify potential clients, and set up face to face meetings for you to get to know sponsors and exhibitors, uncover their needs and pitch a tailored solution. You will be based in London, but this role features regular international travel to China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea and Singapore.

Job purpose

The Role

You will be responsible for sales into UK retailers and will be a key player in the successful launch of these new products. The product is linked to major sporting events and they are looking to successfully sell into UK retailers and to establish strong relationships.
You will be in charge of pricing products and to negotiate contracts with the clients.
Going forward, with increasing sales, you will be managing a sales team throughout the UK and there are good prospects for managing the team of corporate accounts as well.

The Person

They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has knowledge of the UK Retail Market and ideally has existing contacts within.
