	To assist in the development of next generation KPT UI products incorporating international languages, focusing initially on French, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese and either one of Swedish, Finnish, Arabic (written), Dutch, Portuguese or Italian.&lt;br /&gt;
	To ensure KPT is at the forefront of the technology market in international integration of text input systems&lt;br /&gt;
	To undertake research and provide recommendations for language dictionaries&lt;br /&gt;
	To install appropriate dictionaries&lt;br /&gt;
	To test authenticity, validity and accuracy of all language installations or downloads&lt;br /&gt;
	To understand grammar, language construction and nuances of your native language and apply these to the Adaptxt software&lt;br /&gt;
	To convert / translate user manuals / documents&lt;br /&gt;
	To convert presentation and B2B documents into relevant language domains&lt;br /&gt;
	To proof and endorse all current and future language translations&lt;br /&gt;
	To articulate and demonstrate the capabilities of KPTs software to potential and existing clients, at trade shows and international software events&lt;br /&gt;
	To facilitate internationalisation of the website in liaison with the marketing team&lt;br /&gt;

-	To represent two DGMs to coordinate business activities and liaise with the Head Office and other branches;&lt;br /&gt;
-	To co-ordinate and service internal and external meetings, taking minutes in Chinese and English as directed;&lt;br /&gt;
-	To be responsible for the DGMs travel arrangement and itinerary, making business trips when necessary;&lt;br /&gt;
-	To assist the line manager in preparing management report, management diary, updating filing system, and other ad-hoc work as directed.&lt;br /&gt;
-	To perform translation or interpret for the Executives as directed;&lt;br /&gt;
-	To assist in receiving delegations;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Other office administration duties compatible to the job.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Department Risk Coordinator Back-up responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
-	Assisting and covering for the Lead Risk Coordinator in periods of absence in the completion of the departments controlled self assessments, &lt;br /&gt;
-	Provide guidance and support within their departments for the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework and ongoing assessments for Operational Risk. Report findings to the Operational Risk Team for review &lt;br /&gt;
-	Ensuring Risk Owners and Heads of Departments sign off completed evaluations. &lt;br /&gt;

-	Experience within a similar role &lt;br /&gt;
Relevant professional qualification as required&lt;br /&gt;
