The ideal candidate must have 2nd line support experience and due to the markets you will be supporting you must speak fluent Japanese. Basic level programming experience with Oracle and VB Script is essential to this role.The following experience is not essential but very useful to doing this job, Oracle 9i or 10G, SQL Server knowledge.
