International manufacturer based in Swindon requires a JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES ASSOCIATE to join their team. Ideally coming from a sales background, you will be familiar with technical drawings, and have commercial experience, ideally in the automotive industry. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Objective:     &lt;br /&gt;
     &lt;br /&gt;
The Sales Associate will be required to maintain and consolidate relationships with existing customers, and explore and develop new accounts in order to achieve the sales objectives of the organization.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Duties and responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	Maintain and develop relationships with current clients and develop new customers&lt;br /&gt;
-	Identify commercial opportunities and bring products to market.&lt;br /&gt;
-	Achieve profit and sales targets as established with the MD&lt;br /&gt;
-	Establish and work towards the current and long range sales and marketing goals of the company&lt;br /&gt;
-	Maintain profit at the maximum level by achieving highest possible price from the customer&lt;br /&gt;
-	Work together with other departments to co-ordinate client support activities, and ensure customer service is to the required level.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Person: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- The successful candidate has previous sales background. &lt;br /&gt;
- Ideally be familiar with technical drawings, and have commercial experience in industry, particularly automotive and/or fastener-based experience would be a great advantage. &lt;br /&gt;
- Knowledge of Japanese or Chinese would also be preferable in order to facilitate communication with Asia-based suppliers.&lt;br /&gt;

The successful Japanese Production Control Specialist will be required to order, delivery check, inventory control, communication with local suppliers, mother plant in Japan and suppliers in other countries. Will be able to monitor and collating information re: deliveries, event builds for New Model and be in charge of import parts ordering and ensuring of delivery&lt;br /&gt;

The key requirements of the Production Control Specialist candidates is good English and Japanese literacy (written &amp; verbal), some background and understanding of logistic and manufacturing. Excellent pc skills (Excel, Access &amp; PowerPoint), organisational skills, the ability to work in a challenging environment and the ability to work as a Team Member or as an individual with minimal supervision &lt;br /&gt;
