Our client is a global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals. Its operating companies manufacture products for a variety of global industries.

We are looking to employ a Customer Service Administrator to, for a specified territory/business, provide a highly efficient, service orientated order fulfillment process for both internal and external sales, including order acceptance; transportation booking/scheduling; shipment documentation provision and invoice processing, in line with customer requirements.

Applicants should have complete secondary school education, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related subject (or demonstrated thinking skills equivalent to) e.g.:Business Administration or International Trade.

Candidates should have exceptional telephone customer service skills and be a clear verbal communicator along with in depth knowledge of relevant areas of SAP SD module coupled with IT/PC literacy, specifically in the use of spreadsheets, word processing & Lotus Notes.

Candidates should have Level 4 in English and Italian.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills to allow them to deal with a mixed nationality customer/service base. This requirement is further compounded by the need to work in a similarly mixed multinational and multilingual team.

A large manufacturer of chemicals, based in Teeside is seeking to recruit a Trilingual Assistant Accountant to work alongside the Country Accountants.

The role will be based around �
- Delivering financial and compliance based services to the internal customers
- Minimising the cost of service provision
- Adding value to the business by sound tax and VAT management

The candidate must be �
- Fluent in English and Spanish, and also either French or Italian
- Educated to degree level and working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA),
- Have substantial accounts experience in process or manufacturing, with good technical accounting knowledge
- PC literate with good working knowledge of MS office, particularly excel, and willing to develop an in depth knowledge of certain modules of SAP

The ideal applicant may have a background in accounts payable, credit control, or accounting.
