OVERVIEW&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is a key role within our organisation. We are the manufacturers of a leading software solution that greatly improves the overall system reliability within Windows operating systems. Currently we are seeking to increase our OEM agreements across Europe and our other sales territories. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is essential that candidates combine strong sales skills with strong planning, management and reporting. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This position would best suit a creative and well organised senior sales professional who wants a broad base of responsibilities and would enjoy the challenge of making an immediate impact. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Establish new business development opportunities in Europe &lt;br /&gt;
• Responsible for overall direction and control of all OEM activity in Europe &lt;br /&gt;
• Establish sub license/OEM partnerships – OEM pc, hardware and accessories, promotional licensing &lt;br /&gt;
• Establish and manage all key relationships with licensees and agents – both exclusive and non-exclusive &lt;br /&gt;
• Gain support, trust and confidence of partners ensuring business development is at all times visible, measurable and effective&lt;br /&gt;
• Drive revenues&lt;br /&gt;
• Establishment and negotiation of contracts and business terms, working closely with legal on behalf of the MD (for local deals) &lt;br /&gt;
• Work closely with local Sales and Marketing teams to ensure first class relationships and communication across the organization &lt;br /&gt;
• Travel regularly to European territories to meet potential partners &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CANDIDATE PROFILE&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Dynamic professional with several years experience in software sales &amp; OEM/promotional licensing worldwide &lt;br /&gt;
• Knowledge of the European marketplace and variances by territory essential&lt;br /&gt;
• Clear thinking, creative, analytical and strategic, combining a strong sense of purpose with sensitivity to the aims of the global organisation. &lt;br /&gt;
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets &lt;br /&gt;
• Creative in deal making and experienced in contract negotiation &lt;br /&gt;
• Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge essential; must be competent at spreadsheets&lt;br /&gt;
• Good knowledge on a technical level of Microsoft windows OS. &lt;br /&gt;
• Flexibility to work hours necessary and travel when required to get results when required&lt;br /&gt;
• Thrives on working in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and an enquiring mind&lt;br /&gt;
• Team player used to providing timely, accurate and reliable information.&lt;br /&gt;
• Confident presentation skills &lt;br /&gt;
• Well organized, able to prioritize and accomplish tasks without supervision&lt;br /&gt;
• Self motivated and able to work under own initiative &lt;br /&gt;
• Effective communicator at all levels of the business and able to influence when necessary&lt;br /&gt;
