Full training is given initially with further follow-on/ follow-up training as the employee progresses.  Regular review meetings are conducted to monitor, assess and re-assess progress.  This also gives the employee the opportunity to express any thoughts they have regarding the role and discuss how it is developing from the Manager\'s/Team Leader\'s point of view and from the Employee\'s point of view.  There are good opportunities to progress both with the team and company.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Profile:&lt;br /&gt;
·Car owner/driver essential due to location &lt;br /&gt;
·Fluent in English, French and Italian &lt;br /&gt;
·Intermediate-Good PC knowledge &lt;br /&gt;
·Previous helpdesk experience – knowledge of firewall and antivirus technologies very useful. &lt;br /&gt;
·Good customer service experience within an office environment.  &lt;br /&gt;
·Awareness of different Windows Operating Systems, MS Office.  &lt;br /&gt;
·Proven ability to provide both spoken and written helpdesk and customer service support in English, French and Italian&lt;br /&gt;
·Good Team player &lt;br /&gt;
·Enthusiastic &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
