The company is based in London but operates throughout Europe in many languages.

The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Italy, the main responsibilities are:
� Develop the direct affiliation network of the company in Italy
� Launch external affiliation programs in the Italian market
� Optimising existing programs and deals, checking quality of the recruitment
� Creating, implementing and tracking online advertising campaigns
� Optimising online advertising campaigns
� Completing daily and weekly reporting procedures

Candidate requirements:

Educated to degree level in marketing, business you have proven business skills and be able to demonstrate at least one year successful experience in online marketing either with an international online company or in an agency environment. A first experience in the gambling industry is better. At least you should show a strong interest to Sports Betting, Poker and/or Casino products.
You should have a good command of major sports as well as the online media and work easily in Photoshop and Dreamweaver. As an increasingly international company, a good command of English is important as well as fluency in Italian.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 solid years recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently billing over 12k per month. Previous management experience is highly desirable however we will consider superstar consultants looking to make the step up to management. The ability to speak a second European language from French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.
