A major international tech company is looking for an aspiring Team Leader to help manage its customer support team based in Amstelveen, South Amsterdam.

Ideal Candidates will have:
• 2 years’ experience in coaching/mentoring in a Contact Centre
• A proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Outstanding mentoring and teaching ability
• Strong English and preferably fluency in one other European language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer and client focus
