Our customer support systems are easy to learn even if you have no experience in iGaming. We will give you excellent training and knowledge of the whole gaming industry. If this is your first support or gaming role, we know there is a lot to learn. We expect you'll be slower at the start and might make some mistakes. Then after a month or two you'll be quicker and making less mistakes. Simple right?

Answer players by phone, live chat and e-mail (mostly chat and email)
Create and translate content about our promotions and websites
Follow validation procedures of customer accounts
Proactively contact players

Your qualities:
Friendly personality
Great Swedish, German, Norwegian language skills, spoken and written
Capable of multitasking
Being on time to work shifts
Decent typing speed and know your way around computers
