We are looking for:
* Someone to be a part of an energetic, dynamic and progressive team.
* As a Sales Associate, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for Norwegian partners.
* You will play a key role in enabling the Inside Sales team to drive a higher level of resolution and closure of renewal opportunities or Revenue Lifecycle Management.
Main activities:
* Be in touch with Norwegian partners / users to confirm if documents were properly received and also if partner / users wish to renew their contract.
* High volume calling & email to Norwegian partners / users, to raise awareness of the renewal, follow up on the quote and chase the Purchase Order through to resolution
* Mailbox management, including management of basic escalations and assigning complex escalations to the appropriate Renewal Sales Representatives
* Ensure an accurate CRM is maintained and updated regularly
* Manage team trackers and general administration tasks e.g. discount approval trackers
Skills we are looking for:
* Good influence skills
* Great attention to details to avoid mistakes
* Good at working under pressure
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent computer skills including full Microsoft package
* Fluency in English and Norwegian (Written & Verbal)
Salary:
€25,500 + bonus = €30,000 per year
