Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Full Time: 37.5 hours a week between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
Pay Rate: £11 per hour (we pay weekly!)
Sitel Coventry has a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, fluent Polish speakers to join our busy, vibrant team in the City Centre. Our successful Customer Service Advisor will be motivated, organised, high calibre and dedicated to delivering a great service on behalf of a well-known client in the Gambling industry.
• Receiving inbound calls regarding general customer enquiries
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Building rapport with new and existing customers
• Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Adhering to company principles and values
Must be a fluent/native Polish speaker
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer focused environment
• Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
• Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
