We are looking to grow our international Inside Account Manager team based in Rugby, UK with four new colleagues who have European language skills. You will be building and retaining direct relationships with existing accounts to maximize the revenue opportunities within your territory.

FARO is different:

This position requires:
Relevant work experience in a supporting sales role or customer service hotline Business level German and English is a must have for this position Interest in high tech products with the ability to transfer your enthusiasm to our customers Motivated with a flexible, innovative and proactive workstyle Structured, process driven and ability to work under pressure Experience with SAP and a CRM software is an advantage Experience in an industrial area or dealing with measurement is a plus

How you will make a difference @ FARO:
- First point of contact for our existing customers in the field of after sales
- Create and maintain offers as well as actively sell FARO warranties, accessories, software upgrades and trainings for our existing customers
- Develop in-depth and long-term customer relationships
- Optimize and grow revenue from service sales activities
