STX Services connects 1,200 customers in Europe and Asia Pacific in 40 different Environmental Commodities related to Carbon Emissions, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Bio fuel. STX is the leading broker company in the European Environmental Commodity Markets. In this niche market, we use our market knowledge and financial intelligence to match buyers and sellers in order to optimize deal structures.
We are based at the city center of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The commercial team consists of 50 international product specialists who have a strong commercial drive, are ambitious, eager to learn, entrepreneurial to investigate new markets, not satisfied until they have found a solution for a problem and act as team players.
As a sales manager at STX your role is to generate clients and offer them the highest service and latest information on developments of the market. This requires a social and sharp mindset combined with excellent sales skills.
During the first period, we will guide you on your path towards a successful career by teaching you everything you need to know about the market and products. You will become part of a team of innovative and professional colleagues. Your team leader who is highly experienced in the Environmental Market, brokerage and deal structuring will support you.

We are looking for new team members to grow a portfolio of customers on the German market. You are our perfect candidate if you have 2-5 years of commercial experience (hard criteria), preferably in brooking or bonus driven sales. You are a native speaker of the German language. You are also fluent in English. You have a strong commercial drive and an eager and proactive attitude. Moving to (or living in) Amsterdam is not a problem for you but a big adventure.
