We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager professional with a strong track record in a fast-paced, high volume and dynamic customer focused environment.The successful candidate in this new post will play a vital role in our business and be a key driver of our strategic growth plans. This is a hands on role with an emphasis on winning quotes, increasing customer accounts, generating innovative ways to attract more customer and customer retention.
We are looking for a new Business Development Manager with a primary function of generating sales and retaining business through a best in class customer service.Responsibilities:
* Achieve a personal new business and retention target set on a monthly basis
* Develop existing and new sales channels with existing and new accounts
* Support the launch of new products of services through effective internal and external communication
* Act as primary liaison with direct customers where required
* Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
* Attend off-site client meetings when required

Salary Range: £20k-£25k basic P/A with access to a performance related bonus.
