Their European customer service, sales and technical support operation is based in Cork, Ireland.
Role: New positions exist for Nordic Technical Support executives based in Cork.
Technical support professionals’ troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues such as software, hardware, server and issues relating to new releases of their bleeding edge products. The role is very varied as you will be answering calls for a whole array of products from music and wireless devices to servers and enterprise systems.
You will answer approx 20-40 calls per day from customers and will need to follow up with emails and technical answers to ensure the service is delivered. This is a varied role that will allow you use your language and technical knowledge in a professional work environment where you will speak with corporate and individual customers.
Skills: To be considered for the role you need to have good IT skills in Windows, NT, 98, 2000. Experience in IT Support (NT, Workstation, server) is an advantage. In addition you will need fluency in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish with fluency in English.
