Our client is ClubMed, a French company specializing in the sale of all-in holidays at a number of "vacation villages" which it owns and operates in a number of locations around the world.

We are seeking people with the passion for tourism willing to help every customer to feel at home away from home. Based in our office in Porto you will be integrated in a team that provide support to their community with an easy, informative, safe, and fun experience. Education

•High School diploma OR directly related work experience

Experience Target

•Call Center experience;
•Excellent Communication skills and Client oriented.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
•Brazilian native speaker (preferred);
•Strong English knowledge both spoken and written (eliminatory);
•Listening and written/oral communication skills in other language (Portuguese or other language)
•Patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress;
•A motivated and enthusiastic personality
•Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills


Pay Rate

Full-Time: 40h/Week with rotating Shifts and Days-off from 13.00h – 01.00h GMT

Base Salary (x14 months) + Meal Allowance + Monthly Rotating Days off Bonus + Monthly Performance Bonus + Nightshift allowance + Easy public transport connection (Buses M12 & M13 all around Porto)

Training fully paid by SITEL and included in the work contract
