The Account Executive

MRP is looking for aspiring technology sales and marketing professionals to join our cross-brand team as Account Executives to support the German Markets. You will responsible for lead generation-related activities on behalf of our clients so as to increase their sales pipelines. Our clients include many of the most important and well known technology companies in the world.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect within businesses and qualify them against certain criteria by initiating outbound calls
Make outbound calls on a variety of tailored campaigns
•Research and gather information, update our database accordingly
•Identify decision-makers, value-proposition them by providing product and services information, and ultimately set up appointments as part of our lead generation service
•Provide follow-up activities as part of closing the sale

Requirements/Qualifications:
•Fluency in German and English
•Exceptional self-motivation coupled with great communication and organisational skills with thorough follow through and attention to detail
•Strong, demonstrable sales aptitude and a hunter mentality
•Some sales experience, even if on an internship basis
•Professional, ambitious, organised, determined, results & goal oriented
•Proficiency in the use of e-mail, word-processing, and spreadsheet software
•BA/BS or experience that demonstrates skill sets for this position
•Ability to learn new and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the industry, our firm, resources, tools and offerings as well as learn the competitive posture of the marketplace

Salary:
•#19,000 to £21,000 per annum, plus uncapped Bonus (OTE £30,000).
•Bonus is uncapped and additional incentives apply weekly and throughout the year Team incentives also apply.

Hours of work:
40 hours a week. Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm with 1.30 hour daily break. Flexibility needed as shifts can change seasonally.
