This is a new and exciting role in a fast growing business focused on providing a high quality, outsourcing offering across a diverse range of business verticals in the both private and public arena. Backed by Bertelsmann AG and supported by arvato’s global network of businesses, you will be joining arvato Services at the start of an exciting journey with one of our most prestigious clients – Saab.
Reporting to the Account Director, the Team Manager will be responsible for driving performance at both agent level and overall team level, to deliver the agreed SLAs and KPIs and to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded. The Team Manager will be able to create and follow processes and procedures that adhere to the company and client expectations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and be able to produce ad hoc reports as required. The Team Manager should also be able to communicate any issues regarding team performance to the Account Director in a timely and structured manner.
40 hours per week on a rota basis between: 8AM-7:30PM Monday - Friday /8AM-1PM Saturday
•Graduate calibre and proven experience of managing a team within a contact centre environment
•The ability to speak fluent English at least one of the following european languages- Italian, Spanish, French or German
•Proven experience of working in an outsourcing environment
•Proven leadership abilities with the ability to work under own initiative
•Team player, consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the team, works towards team goals and supports other team members
•Able to communicate concisely at all levels, both internal and external
•Budget management experience
•Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
•Excellent time management skills, with an ability to manage work flow, resources, priorities and deadlines for individual projects and campaigns
•Ability to build constructive and effective relationships, use diplomacy and tact and able to diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably
•Pursues everything with energy, motivation and enthusiasm
•Project planning, resource planning, scheduling and budget control experience
•Reporting abilities in a number of formats i.e. Excel and PowerPoint
•Has an interest in the automotive industry
