Job Description
We’re looking for a Danish speaking Accounts Payable Administrator to join the central finance department and make a real name for themselves.
Key Responsibilities
• Match supplier invoices to electronic orders
• Enter Supplier invoices
• Inputting of authorised invoices
• Employee expenses.
• Supplier Contact
• Supplier Reconciliation’s
Job Requirements and Qualifications
• High level of concentration and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and polite when taking telephone calls from sometimes irate suppliers chasing payment
• Have the ability to work under pressure meeting month end deadlines and still maintain a high standard of accuracy
• Fluent in Danish as this role will be supporting the Denmark suppliers and internal customers within the Denmark Office
