What you can expect from the role......
Working in the Cisco team, you will be providing excellent customer service and technical solutions to customers by chat, email and telephone.
As a Cisco Agent you will be the first point of contact for any Cisco Customer or Employee in the specific country you will be operating on.

Do you have the following???

6 months experience of working in a technical support position preferably with telephone skills.
