We're looking for a German speaker who is great on the phone and who is a serious multi-tasker. Your ability to listen and truly hear what's being said makes you a certified problem-solver. Always ready to lend a helping hand, you easily share your supportive nature with those around you.

What does the role entail?
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be first point of contact for existing customers and prospects to Saab. You will be expected to represent the Client professionally at all times, ensure future customer interest and provide callers with a first class service exceeding both Saab and caller’s expectations. CSRs are on the front line of arvato Loyalty Services’ business and are responsible for the outside world’s impression of Saab.
Essential Experience
•Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
•Ability to speak fluent German
•Able to communicate clearly, fluently and accurately by telephone and email, and able to build rapport with customers
•Able to think on feet and prioritise workload
•Well-developed listening skills
•Strong team player
•Flexible approach to work, eager to take on additional tasks and responsibilities
•Able to innovatively solve problems
•Experience of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
