Multilingual Operations Manager
Our client is looking for a multilingual Operations Manager to manage the operational and procedural activities of the multilingual Client Services department in the London office. The multilingual Operations Manager is to plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. The multilingual Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees.

Profile:
· Fluent in English and at least one other Western European language
· Demonstrated ability to manage a profit centre with track record of driving profitable results.
· Experience running operations/service delivery in a rapidly growing organization.
· Demonstrated understanding of the customer facing process in detail; has held a client facing role.
· Experienced in leading organizations past start up to scale quickly and effectively. (a plus)
· Success in developing high performing teams with solid bench strength and demonstrable management / supervisory experience.
· Superior customer service experience and dealing with urgency of client needs.
· Excellent organization and decision making skills.
· Ability to analyze data at a very fine level of detail and offer solutions on a constant basis.
· Direct staff in providing superior customer service to all clients.
· Exceptional use of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
