JOB DETAILS
Job Title: French IT Helpdesk Advisor
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £17000 - £21000
PURPOSE:
To provide first line support to all internal clients.
KEY RESULT AREAS
•Deliver a high quality, client focused service through maintaining availability of IT to users.
•Ensure on a day to day basis the computing requirements of all partners and employees are met.
•To log and escalate recurring problems to the IT Trainer
•To work closely with other IS team members to maintain maximum availability of IT services.
•To deliver first level support by telephone and email on PC and printers. Software is Microsoft based.
•Assist and support IT with projects, e.g. knowledge management, developing the intranet.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential - Experience in a client facing role
Essential - Educated to Higher level or equivalent
Desirable - Helpdesk Experience
PERSONAL COMPETENCES
Essential - Excellent communication and team-working skills
Essential - Willingness to learn
