MULTI LINGUAL CUSTOMERS SERVICE / LOGISTICS
FLUENCY IN SPANISH + 1 OTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE
My Client based in Runcorn is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Logistics rep to cover Maternity leave. The role will initally be until the end of December 2010 but could be extended beyone this date.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish + 1 other European Language .
To provide a high level of customer service which meets customer needs and business objectives, and to organise product delivery to most effectively meet customer and business requirements.
The job holder is often first point of contact for customers and therefore needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
The job holder will handle orders in an accurate and timely manner ensuring that the customers needs are fully met, on time, in full.
The role often operates in a pressurised environment, and therefore the job holder will need to have the ability to prioritise numerous tasks which need to be completed within short timescales.
Process customer orders through to invoicing and keep the customer/agent informed of progress (including liasing with haulier in relation to logistics)
Most important activities:
· Ensuring that customers are always aware of the current progress of their orders.
· Make optimum use of BPCS for order processing, ensuring enhanced customer service is achieved.
To enhance customer and business relations by frequently displaying to Customers, commercial awareness, business and product knowledge, by constantly deploying a professional and caring approach to customer needs.
Establish good working relationships with customers and hauliers to enable effective management of sudden changes to needs and allowing urgent requirements to be met.
Liaise with hauliers and freight forwarder to ensure effective and efficient despatch and freight forwarding on an operational basis.
Review and analyse S&OP product requirements, gather collate and validate customer information to ensure sales plans and market/customer profiles are updated/maintained
Liase with Account Managers to ensure that Customers/Agents needs are met and agreed pricing policy is implemented
Ensure Customer enquiries/complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
Most important activities:
· Well developed interpersonal skills, a good listener and very responsive.
· Build and maintain good relationships with customers whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
· The job holder interfaces directly with customer and supplier staff at all levels, and from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. This requires a high level of professionalism, so that business interests can be promoted whilst maintaining strong, longterm customer relationships.
