Job Title: Tier 1 Technical Support Exec - Japanese or German

We are currently recruiting for a tier 1 tech support professional who is fluent in written and spoken Japanese or German and English. For start dates in May & June
Responsible for delivering excellent customer/technical support for the configuration and use of a range of well known branded products. Under direct supervision, in a contact centre environment, the CSR will use computer-based tools as well as their own problem-solving skills to identify, research, isolate, and resolve customer issues. Communication with the customer primarily via written form, such as e-mail, chat and forums.
Work Experience
• Preferably previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Technical experience is a benefit.
Education/Certification
• High school education (or equivalent) with engineering or computing focus, if applicable.
Essential Language Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese or German and English
