Customer Service Execs: Russian, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, German & French speakers with fluent English
My client, based in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland, just 30 minutes from Belfast, is an established and successful online seller of various consumer and specialist sport related products with excellent environmental credentials. With a large proportion of their business exporting and growing rapidly they now require several customer service agents with language skills to support their overseas customers. This is not a call centre but an internal customer contact team.
We require candidates with fluent written and verbal English language skills plus Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, German or French. While the salary on this role just slightly above average (and easily in line with the cost of living in Northern Ireland) the company is far beyond average, taking care of its staff extremely well and providing an enjoyable and team orientated working environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, successful applicants will be required to work in the main telesales office to deal with incoming email and phone queries and offering technical support regarding products.
The key duties will include:
• Relevant language website translations
• Dealing mainly with incoming email and phone enquiries
• Completing and processing customer orders/enquiries, offering technical and general advice about
the products
• Communicate with various departments and people within the company
• Learn about the sport relating to the companies products and keep up to date with product training
and innovations etc…
• Some assistance with marketing activity in-country
Essential Criteria
• Candidates must be able to communicate in either French, German, Japanese, Russian, Italian or Portuguese as well as English
• 3-6 months experience within a customer service or sales or retail environment
• Excellent Telephone and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate
• Positive attitude and flexible approach to set tasks
• Must be available to attend interview in Belfast
Hours of work 39.25 Hrs (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £7.50 increasing to £8.00 +bonus (aprox £16,300-£17,000 sterling per year – equivalent to €18,500-€19,000)
