My client a large global organisation is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader. You will work closely with the production manager and will lead, support and motivate the production team to acheive business, department and individual objectives. The sucessful candidate must have proven supervisory/leadership experience in a call centre/operational environement, must have experience of direct people management and must be able to demonstrate staff motivation in a target driven environment. The customer service team lead must also have experinece ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are acheived according to set targets and also have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Fluent French or German is advantageous but must have a high standard of spoken and written English skills.
A permanent opportunity based in London – Salary £22,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus and additional benefits.
