A position has arisen for a Swedish speaking Customer Account Executive, with fluent Finnish, Norwegian or Danish.
You will have experience of working in customer services administration, where you have been responsible for a portfolio or customer accounts.
Duties to include and not be limited to:
Liaise with Customers in order to develop and maintain customer loyalty
Deal with any questions or queries the client may have in Swedish and English, both written/ and verbal
Be flexible to work overtime with notice.
Deal with customer dissatisfaction and escalate as appropriate
Be available for customer visits and promotional events
