Your Profile
Our client, a global Higher Education network which links career-minded graduates with business schools, universities and employers, is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in closing complex sales, ideally solution sales, and will be competent at delivering a highly consultative approach to achieve sales targets. You will be comfortable presenting the value of how these products can benefit a client, and relish the challenge of working within a world-leading, entrepreneurial organisation. Regular international travel is anticipated, with an optional possibility of transferring to an office in Paris, Germany or USA.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be
• Selling across market leading software and management systems to accelerate key markets including UK, France and USA
• Generating revenue through identifying new business opportunities
• Developing and delivering presentations to an established “blue chip” client base at seminars and conferences
• Conducting face-to-face meetings and offering bespoke solutions up to board level
• Delivering an intelligent and imaginative approach to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships
• Able to communicate in French, other languages – especially Spanish or German, would be a strong advantage
