We are looking for a strong closer, proactive Recruitment Consultant-Business Development Manager for one of our clients
Duties:
Sourcing, interviewing, closing candidates
Building long term relationship with clients
Hitting targets
Managing deadlines
Previous experience in the same environment is vital, IT Recruitment desirable!!!
The candidate must be bright, enthusiastic, self motivated,educated, competent with initiative and high levels of motivation. A skilled negotiator who can liaise at all levels
