Job Title: Swedish speaking Customer Account Executive, 9-12 month contract, possibly permanent
Skills: Fluent Swedish, Customer support experience
Salary: £18.5k
Location: London
You will:
Provide a professional and prompt service to your portfolio of customer accounts, advising them and resolving queries.
Keep regular contact and offer excellent service to develop and maintain customer loyalty
Address complaints and advise manager of customer dissatisfaction, investigate and recommend solutions.
Be available for customer visits & promotional events.
Be flexible to work overtime with notice.
Your skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Maintain a positive attitude at all times and portray yourself in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills, including telephone manner and customer focus.
Good IT and keyboard skills.
Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload at all times.
Demonstrate an eye for detail and accuracy of work.
Coach and develop others on the team
