Are you an experienced (Bi-Lingual) French speaking IT Sales executive / renewal expert looking to work for a leading global specialist within internet security? This inspirational organisation leads the field in Anti Spam, Web Filtering and SSL VPN appliances and have many more exciting Security, Networking and Storage products within their portfolio. Vacancies exist for English speaking and Bi-Lingual Speaking IT Sales Executives.
Your role will involve liaising with the Channel on all aspects of sales including forecasting, order retrieval, Channel updates on products, pricing of models and discount levels associated with the partner programme. Responsibilities also include fully training the Channel in all sales aspects of the products paying particular attention to online demonstrations, recruiting or assisting in the recruitment of new reseller partners. Communicating with the external team to aid working through end user challenges will also be a requirement. Your role will involve the understanding, presenting and navigating through all online demonstrations on all the products, taking and making telephone calls to potential customers or channel partners in the region and ensuring their satisfaction is met. Working closely with our CRM system ensuring all communications are recorded for ease of reference and manageability.
Alternate positions will include the renewal management of the business where you will be required to focus with customers directly with a view to up selling and cross selling of all the products licences. This will also incorporate channel management with the capabilities of ensuring partners are directly in contact with their customers to ensure orders are coming in.
The successful applicants will be fluent in English and potentially have at least one other European Language with a proven experience of sales within the IT industry, have excellent telephone skills and have the motivation and ambition to forge an enviable career within this sought after organisation.
