Our client, a multinational company, based in Belfast, is currently recruiting for an Estonian Customer Care agent to join their multilingual team.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent inbound customer service via email and telephone.
Recording and updating information on customer's database.
Support your team in achieving the highest quality standards.
Provide a personalised response to all inbound telephone calls and emails received
Continuously search for improved ways of responding to customer needs
Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
Requirements:
Fluency in Estonian and English
Customer Service experience: 6 months minimum
Ability to work with others.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
