Do you have excellent Travel/Ticketing Experience with extensive Customer Service skills? WITH A European Language
Are you an expert user in Sabre? With GDS Skills?
Do you speak Fluent English and another European Language either (German/French/Italian)

My client, an international company, based in Peterborough is looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their customer services team to take incoming calls and emails from Customers.
The successful candidate will have previous Travel Consultancy experience and will be responsible for assisting customers with booking travel using Sabre, accommodation, restaurants, sightseeing trips and will also use the internet to come up with innovative ideas for customers when visiting other countries and tailoring Holiday packages for both Business and Consumer Clients.
This is truly and exceptionally busy role and the hours worked are the busiest times for customers calls therefore, you must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and highly organised!!
Along with being very knowledgeable of London and of the UK and know about the best Restaurants, clubs and the London Underground!!!
The successful candidate will be/will have:
- excellent communication skills in English with (German/French/Russian or Turkish) as desirable)
- Good IT skills and a knowledge of the internet
- Good customer services skills
- Creative and innovative
