My client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated, articulate and capable sales professional, who wishes to immerse themselves into the dynamics of a young, rapidly growing company. You will be dealing with electrical retailers and therefore are used to working on your own initiative and have the ability to influence decision makers at all levels.
The successful French speaking Sales Director will be working alongside the European Sales & Marketing Director to devise and deliver a target account programme for the individual European Markets, Pro-actively explore sales opportunities, research and identify electrical goods retail targets, Meet agreed new sales targets. This will involve cold calling retailers in order to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline but mainly from leads introduced by Manufacturers, Propose and provide appropriate suggestions and solutions for each target retailer that will maximise their sales opportunities, promptly respond to sales leads by email, telephone and by arranging face-to-face client meetings or visits, where appropriate, produce high quality and persuasive proposals, follow up sales opportunities on a regular and timely basis, negotiate preferred rates, Maintain and develop professional client (retailer) relationships, by agreeing service requirements, owning retailer concerns/issues and ensuring all parties are kept informed of relevant information, in order to provide first-rate levels of account management and to enhance both customer loyalty and revenue generation.
Profile:
· Fluent French as well as English, both written and spoken
· Substantial experience selling solutions to the French electrical retail market
· Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce in general and of the online French market in particular
· Excellent knowledge of online technology and E-commerce technicalities ( SEO, affiliate marketing, Google Ad word, etc…)
· Strong track record in sales and new business achievements
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
