The respective candidate:
Screens incoming calls and qualifies opportunities to pass on to the sales team will mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients Keeps an up to date knowledge of the industry, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested. Provides backup to inside sales representatives and mentors new Sales Development reps. Has a strong interest in moving into an Inside Sales position.
Represents the Red Hat brand to the customer, and also the customer to Red Hat in sales related matters.
Requirements:
-A strong customer service orientation, and a knowledge of the sales cycle.
-Fluency in English and another european language.
-Bachelor's degree and/or a technical degree preferred but not required
-Ability to work as part of an exciting team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen.
