The role:
This is the perfect role to kick start a career in a challenging and international industry.
Your role will be to expand our SAP candidate database. You will identify new candidates through online searches, advertising, networking, recommendations and direct approach. You will then interview them to assess their key skills and take them through our referencing process. You will also support our Recruitment Consultants in finding the best candidates for their vacancies and take part in the candidate interview and negotiation process.
You must have excellent oral and written communication skills as you will have to communicate with people at all level and write clear job adverts to be posted on various job boards and our Internet website.
You must be organized and efficient. You must also be able to meet with deadlines and be target driven, as you will have clear objectives to reach on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Key responsibilities:
• Searching for new candidates online
• Writing clear and eye-catching job adverts
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Supporting our Recruitment Consultants in delivering clients
• Growing and updating our database with candidate and client information in line with our quality standards
Attributes:
• Dutch or German is your fluent language
