Due to expansion an award winning group of 17 care homes providing nearly 550 beds, incorporating specialist care provision as well as care for older people is looking for Qualified Nurses to join their team.
We are the only independent care provider in the UK to have attained dual accreditation and certification to ISO9001:2000 with CKHS, Investors in People and Hospitality Assured.
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and/or the implementation of evaluation of these programmes. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and may be required to demonstrate procedures to and supervise qualified and un-qualified staff
The ideal Qualified Nurse will have the following skills and experiences:
• Be a Registered Nurse, RNLD, RNMH, RGN, RNA etc Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified staff
• Working knowledge of applicable legislation, supported with evidence of good working practice and leadership skills
• Experience of working in the independent sector
• Knowledge of CQC requirements would be an advantage
• Be person-centred and committed to supporting choice and independence of our service users
We are looking for qualified nurses from any EU country, if you are located outside of the UK then we will travel to you for interview if needed and also offer relocation package as well as accommodation should it be required.
In return you will receive an hourly rate starting at £11.00 per hour (Mon-Fri) £11.50 per hour (Sat-Sun) dependent upon qualifications and experience, relocation package and accommodation available if required
We offer excellent career pathways and are committed to both professional and personal development of the individual. We are an approved placement for student nurses and offer the ONP in association with the University of Surrey for nurses from overseas. Accommodation may be available if required.
This role will suit any Registered Nurse, Registered General Nurse, RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse, RMN, Restorative Nurse Aide, RNA, Experienced or newly qualified from any EU Country. Please note these positions are working with in the UK.
