Over the last two years we have seen a dramatic increase in staff numbers and will be employing 500 staff worldwide by the end of 2010.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Client Relations and Implementation Manager, a senior position reporting directly to our Chief Operations Officer.

The Global Client Relations and Implementation Manager is responsible for working on key client implementations, liaising between sales and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and projects and ensuring that a full risk assessment has been conducted and project workflows and schedules are in place. They will also respond to matters brought up at client review, working with sales and operations to produce appropriate plans and schedules of improvement.

The key tasks associated with this role will include:

Implementation
• Working with the sales team to understand client requirements and innovate workflows and project plans
• Feeding back new client requirements to the COO with recommendations
• Ensuring relevant resources within the business are in place to fulfil projects; liaising with and advising clients on the input required from them to provide a successful output
• Working with other operations management staff to ensure smooth project implementation while alerting the COO to any additional risk introduced by process change

Client Relations
• Receive and analyse client feedback, drawing up relevant action plans to address any client concerns and produce client-facing reports on issues raised
• Meeting regularly with the Sales Directors and Senior Operations staff to identify related trends and issues to be dealt with.

Reporting
• Maintaining a list of top 10 implementations reporting progress to the COO on a weekly basis
• Completing a weekly report on client feedback and updating plans to address issues raised
• Circulating a monthly Client Relations Report to all relevant parties.


Required Experience:

• 8 Years+ Experience within the translation and localization industry with at least 3 years at senior management level
• Experience of working at managerial level within a localization operations department
• Ability to communicate and build rapport with both internal and external clients
• Proven ability in issue resolution, coordinating and motivating the relevant parties Proven ability in driving continuous improvement, while being able to react to urgent requirements
