Leading Global company have a great role for fluent German speakers who have customer service or email logging experience. This is very much a 1st line support role where the main responsibility will be to document issues customers are having.
As the Service Desk Analyst (1st line) this role you will be making the initial contact, this is achieved by responding to inbound telephone calls, emails and service requests and first line support to users on all computer related problems. To be considered for this role you will have a good general Technical IT skill set based around Microsoft OS, Desktops/Laptops combined with good troubleshooting skills. You will have an excellent customer focus and have a good analytical or problem solving approach.
This role is based outside of London in the North West Region past Watford. if you live in North or West London in zone 4-6 AND have your own transport please do get in touch.
this role will last for 12 months and will pay £11 per hour.
