German Speaking IT Techical Support Agent

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit German Speaking IT Techical Support Agent for their office based in Buckinghamshire.
Job Role
As the IT Techical Support Agent (1st line) this role you will be making the initial contact, this is achieved by responding to inbound telephone calls, emails and service requests and first line support to users on all computer related problems.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting all users with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
Should be willing to learn as he/she progresses in his/her position and as he/she is faced with new questions and situations.
Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Log information on calls received, where required and maintains detailed and accurate records.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will have a good general Technical IT skill set based around Microsoft OS, Desktops/Laptops combined with good troubleshooting skills. You will have an excellent customer focus and have a good analytical or problem solving approach.
Call logging experience
Fluent in German
Min 6 months 1st line call resolution experience
Password resets AD etc
Microsoft OS, Desktops/Laptops, Printers, Phones
Able to follow processes and meet SLAs
Communication is key
Great telephone manner
Calm and collective
Able to talk through situations with users who can be non technical
Work within a large desk
Salary: £17 - 20k per annum
40 hours 2 shifts (SD Manager will work out rota but all candidates have to be prepared to work each shift) Go on the basis it will be 1 week rotation. Hours = 6am to 2.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm, 1pm to 9.30pm.
